Miss Lori has over 30 years of experience working with young children. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education. She is a self directed, enthusiastic, caring educator who believes all children can learn and thrive in an environment that is stimulating and nurturing. She respects children by valuing play, exploration, discovery and choice. She thinks it is important for a program to be community building which fosters a sense of self as well as developing values of cooperation and caring in a group. She is committed to the whole child, the family and the community at large. She believes the best is yet to come. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and her 4 boys. She enjoys activities such as swimming, yoga, cross country skiing, hiking, and traveling.

Miss Nikki started working in the Early Childhood field in 2009. She has worked in each of the classrooms from infants though school age, but really found her passion to be with preschoolers. Miss Nikki has continued her education with the Community College system of New Hampshire over the years while working for various programs in various titles including assistant teacher, lead teacher, site director, and formally director of Deerfield Cooperative Preschool. Being a part of the Deerfield community through education since 2015 has been very special to her. Coming from a small town herself, she has enjoyed making connections that span further than just the classroom walls. Knowing that children need to play and explore to learn, Miss Nikki strives to create a safe and inviting environment where children can feel confident to investigate and discover. She enjoys bringing nature into the classroom and bringing children to nature itself and is not afraid of messy exploration. While not in the classroom Miss Nikki enjoys being in nature taking walks and hikes, reading, and gardening.

Miss Erin has had the privilege of being part of Deerfield Preschool since 2019. Her longtime dream of a career working with children started to become a reality while volunteering in her son's preschool classroom. She became a certified Early Elementary teacher and remains enrolled, taking various classes to continue learning. She takes pride in creating a loving and safe learning environment that will engage and nurture children. She also values the importance of building relationships with not only the children, but the families as well. Outside of the classroom, Erin enjoys time spent with her husband, Todd, and their 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys ocean visits, gardening, and baking.
